There’s one resource God has trusted you with that you can’t earn more of, hustle for, or get back once it’s gone. It’s not your money.
It’s not your house.
It’s not even your talents.
It’s your time.
Friend, how are you spending it?
Are you slowing down long enough to audit your minutes clearly? To really look at how you’re living—how you’re showing up in the life God gave you?
Or are you racing through your days like your hair’s on fire, tumbling from task to task, dinner to dishes, carpool to crash-onto-the-couch—just trying to make it to bedtime?
I’ve been there.
Honestly? I still find myself there sometimes.
But here’s the hard truth I had to face in my own journey, and maybe it’s time for you to hear it too:
Busy is not a badge of honor.
The “hot mess mom” bi-line?
It’s not a joke, and it’s definitely not a trophy you want to win.
It’s not the legacy you want to pass down.
And it’s not the title you want to be bequeathed with.
Because that life—chaotic, frantic, constantly behind—means you’re spending God's time… but not returning anything of value to Him.
It means His greatest investment in you—your time—is being poured into things that may not matter five years from now, let alone for eternity.
🌿 I Did a Time Audit—And It Woke Me Up
A few weeks ago, I sat down and looked honestly at how I was using my time. Not the idealized version—the real one.
And here’s what I found:
-
I was spending 4 hours a day on my phone
-
4 hours a week on social media
-
I was picking up my phone an average of 40 times a day
-
And in just three days, I had over 15 urges to open Instagram and start scrolling
Ouch.
It wasn’t about shame—it was about truth.
And the truth was, my time was being stolen in small, sneaky ways. I’d allowed the dopamine-driven distraction of social media to shape my days more than the Spirit was. That’s not okay with me anymore.
So I made a decision:
I’m doing a social media detox for the next three months.
I might be back on in July.
But for now? It’s time to loosen the grip of digital addiction, restore my mind, and reclaim the hours I’ve been giving away to the scroll.
🌸 What Do You Do When Your Life Feels Like a Constant Dumpster Fire?
You pause.
You breathe.
You look around and tell the truth about what’s actually happening.
You audit.
You evaluate.
And maybe—you ask for help.
That’s where you’ll find me, friend.
Right there in that moment with you—when you’re tired of spinning, and ready to start cultivating.
Because there is a better way.
It’s not a quick fix.
It’s not a productivity hack or a color-coded planner.
It’s not a 12-week makeover or a morning routine that finally works.
It’s a gardening course for your soul.
A shift from chaos to cultivation.
From reacting to responding.
From barely surviving to living with holy intention.
It's about picking up the right tools—soul care tools, spiritual practices, mental health rhythms—and getting to work in God’s vineyard.
To become the productive servant.
To tend your unique plot of life.
To prune what’s dead.
To nourish what’s growing.
To bloom in your season.
And to bear fruit—real, lasting fruit.
If you’re ready to do that work, to step into the beautiful, blooming life God’s been whispering about… I’d be honored to walk beside you.

Let’s talk about what life could look like on purpose.
And just so you know—
You won’t find me hanging out much on social media these days.
It needed pruning.
Because I’m still doing this work too.
It’s constant.
It’s sacred.
And it doesn’t end until life does.
Let’s get intentional together.
With grace and purpose,
Aurie
